We program our strength training in house, fine tuned with Benny Price, one of the world's leading biomechanists. Every session is built on the science of how the body actually moves, so you train the right way, lift more, and stay injury free.
High intensity, short bursts, full effort. Our HIIT classes mix hard intervals with proper rest, so you get a big workout in under an hour and build real fitness fast. Loud, sweaty, and over before you can overthink it.
Our full HYROX program runs 10+ HYROX focused sessions a week, from strength to skill work to S&C to run club, all built to get you ready for race day. We have prepped over 200 athletes for it so far.
