The race

What HYROX actually is.

HYROX is a global fitness race. Eight runs of one kilometre, each one followed by a functional station, same format at every event anywhere in the world.

That means it rewards a specific mix: a real engine, honest strength, and the skill to move well when you are already tired. We train you for exactly that.

How we train it

Strength

Get stronger week on week. This is the power behind your sleds, your carries and your lunges when the legs are gone.

Endurance

Improve your pacing, your lactic threshold and your ability to keep going when it burns. The difference between hanging on and falling off.

Run Club

Interval and zone 2 running that builds efficiency and confidence over distance. The runs are half the race, so we treat them like it.

Race Simulation

The full HYROX flow. Transitions, pacing, skills, rules and penalties, so when race day comes it already feels familiar.
